MTP Group are a leading manufacturer and supplier of an innovative cleaning product – Diffx. The client approached ITC Digital having experienced a mixed approach to their online marketing.
The company had two websites, both of which weren’t quite doing the right thing. The Group site was promoting Diffx in a similar fashion to the main Diffx site, and users were getting mixed messages.
The client was kind enough to spend some time with us to explain how their product was so innovative, riding on the new demand for highly effective cleaning products due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak. They required our help to best position both sites in the marketplace for both new and existing customers.
Our approach was in three phases:
- To properly assess the client’s current Digital footprint
- To rework both sites to best position them in the marketplace
- To provide marketing data to best help with future brands
The end result is two focussed, attractive sites that position the client best in the marketplace and provide the ideal springboard to their growth and development.
